1. 14-Day “No Questions Asked” Returns
Under UK law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it for any reason.

Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Return Shipping: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Easy Action) If your product arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we take full responsibility. To get a fast resolution, please follow these steps:

Unboxing Video (Mandatory): For insurance and verification purposes, we require a clear video of the parcel being opened for the first time. The video must show the shipping label and the condition of the product inside.

Outcome: Once we verify the unboxing video, we will offer you a Full Refund or a Free Replacement immediately.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

4. Refund Timeline
Once we approve your refund, it will be automatically sent back to your original payment method (Stripe/PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
